  When I started with Crew Core on March 21st, I had no idea how much I was going to love it. I have tried so many of the fad diets over the last 8 years and never really had success. I have had multiple personal trainers, but none that were committed to me making myself better like the Crew Core trainers, Yano, Jose, and Lauren. I am now down more than 20 pounds and have gained more strength than I have ever had. I have a long way to go but I know I will get there this time! I am excited to book my workouts and genuinely miss them when I can’t make it. The meal plan is easy to follow, and for the first time I don’t feel like I am starving myself! Crew Core has changed my life for the better and I can’t wait to see what the next year brings with them!
